I am a firm believer in the Mind, Body and Spirit connection and have always had a fascination in alternative therapies and psychology/the mind. I decided to take the plunge and qualify as a complementary therapist 8 years ago. My qualifications include :

As well as offering personal therapies, I have also worked for a large corporate company (HBOS) as their on-site therapist for a number of years.

I believe that we all have the capacity to reach outside of our “normal” limits if we are willing. Sometimes we know that something is not right in our lives, or in our behaviour towards others, but don’t know how to change or where to even start.
