EMAIL LIFE COACHING – £75.00
This is a great option if you are not sure about booking a course of sessions but would like clarification regarding a specific issue, or help in establishing where the root of any current dis-satisfaction is coming from.
Some people also prefer the written format as it allows for more time to reflect and absorb the information.
I will initially email you a comprehensive coaching questionnaire to complete in order to help me understand the area(s) you most want/need to work on. Using this information I will help you set realistic goals and steps to work on in order to progress your desired outcome.
I will email all recommendations and additional information back to you for your feedback before agreeing on the final steps/plan/dates, and will also provide email support regarding your progress and updates.

SINGLE TELEPHONE LIFE COACHING SESSION – £45.00
If you would like to book just one session at a time – on a pay as you go basis – that is a good option if you already know roughly what you need to do, but just need a little assistance and support in getting there, in which case you may only need 1 or 2 sessions. Just book them in advance whenever you need a kickstart! As with the email coaching above you will be required to complete the coaching questionnaire prior to our first telephone conversation. We will then discuss and plan the topic(s) and goals that you would like to work on.

COURSE OF 4 TELEPHONE SESSIONS – £150 – SAVE £30!
If you subsequently decide to book another 4 sessions SAVE A FURTHER 10%
If you are a little less focused and require a more thorough coaching package then a course of life coaching telephone sessions, consisting of a 45 minute telephone session once a week, may be more suited to you. You will be asked to complete the coaching questionnaire before the first session so that we can work out the most relevant and specific goals to be worked on. You will call me at the agreed time each week for 4 weeks. Email support is available between telephone sessions throughout your coaching agreement.

LIFE COACHING LEEDS
FACE TO FACE LIFE COACHING SESSIONS - £40 PER SESSION
If you prefer to communicate in person I can also offer Face to Face sessions in my therapy clinic in Leeds City Centre. Please email me if you would like to book a free initial chat either by phone or in person. Prices are £40 per session or save £20 if you book 4 sessions in advance.
