 HOLISTIC LIFE COACHING

I offer personal life coaching to help you establish where the root of any current dis-satisfaction is coming from, in order to improve your overall wellbeing.

 Holistic comes from the Greek word Holos which means whole. Therefore the holistic philosophy is that we are all made up of mind, body and spirit i.e our thoughts and emotions govern our physical bodies and vice versa so that if one part becomes unbalanced, then the whole of our being is affected through association.   

Holistic life coaching will help you identify who you are and what truly motivates you so that you can live your life “on purpose”.

With the integration of other techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, NLP and Hypnotherapy I can help you develop your confidence and self esteem which can have a massively positive impact on your life in general.

Creativity is also enhanced once you begin to live your life the way you feel it is intended.

Life coaching is not a magic wand but it can help empower you with the tools to live a more successful and rewarding life even when faced with times of adversity.

Someone else’s beliefs?

You deserve to live a fulfilling life – we all do - but sometimes we act in accordance with someone else’s beliefs, not our own.  We all have preconditioned thoughts and assumptions such as  –  we are not good enough – that we will not succeed – that we can’t do “that” etc etc.  Our beliefs our formed from an early age through contact with parents, teachers, peers etc and we rarely question them, we just go through life letting our subconscious lead the way.  Of course this is necessary for a great many tasks such as breathing and bodily processes, but when things get out of balance in our lives we don’t realise that these thought processes are sometimes incorrect, and that the subconscious mind is running “old” programmes.
